What is Passion 4 Purity? It is a desire to see young girls dedicate and devote themselves to the Lord in an effort to pursue their purity & their purpose. It is a call of God for young girls everywhere to live a life of Purity & Purpose. This event series is for young girls in the 6th grade through the 12th grade. 1 Timothy 4:12 (NIRV) 12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young. Set an example for the believers in what you say and in how you live. Also set an example in how you love and in what you believe. Show the believers how to be pure. Our Passion 4 Purity Event has three sessions with a ceremony following the end of the third session. We will cover Self Esteem (A young girls worth), Identity (Who am I really?) and more. Session Dates are September 5th, 12th, 19th & the 26th. This event will feature a Continental Breakfast, Keynote Speaker, Purity Vow Ceremony, Skits, Fashion Show, Games, Raffles & More. Registration is $35.00 per student which includes three sessions and ceremony, their very own Purity ring, a certificate of their commitment vow, a swag bag and a Passion 4 Purity T Shirt. This can be a confusing time in your life when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before. A recent attendee said, “Going to GriefShare feels like having warm arms wrapped around you when you’re shivering.” You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. Just as a navigator needs to learn how to interpret all the contours and symbols of a map, so also we need to be able to understand how the Bible communicates its directions to us. In this class, you will learn a 5-step framework for interpretation. It starts with general principles of interpretation, then moves on to apply those principles to specific genres and contexts. The How To Study God's Word class, will be using the Journey Into God’s Word book which helps Bible readers acquire these skills and become better at reading, interpreting, and applying the Bible to life. Using hands-on exercises, students will be guided through the interpretation process, with an emphasis on real-life application. Life is a journey, and like any journey, it requires an accurate, reliable roadmap to get us where we need to go. God has provided such a guide in his Word. Let's dig in. We absolutely love baptisms! We love gathering together to celebrate the death of our sins and old ways, and the victory we have now through Jesus' resurrection. Art of Parenting™ Small-Group Series, an 8-session, video-based study designed to help parents find new ways to integrate their faith into everyday parenting moments. This class helps to guide parents on their journey to make their faith core to their parenting with intentional, biblical instruction and Christ-centered plans that “aim children’s hearts toward God.” If you are searching for answers, this class is for parents who want fresh insights on parenting children of different ages, and need a Bible-centered parenting plan unique to each child’s personality and gifts. Previous students include expectant parents, new parents, and those looking for answers to help with children and teens. There is hope and this class is here to help. So what can you do? Single & Parenting groups address these concerns. You’ll discover how to deal with your deep-down worries and your day-to-day struggles. At a weekly Single & Parenting group, you’ll meet with other single parents to learn and discuss some amazing parenting strategies and hope-filled insights.
