Fuel The Community Volunteers

On August 22nd, we are inviting our surrounding neighborhoods and friends to Fill-Up on Us.

To help make this day amazing, we need the following volunteers.

Volunteer Positions

Traffic Flow Team

Directs cars safely into line, keeps entrances/exits clear, and helps prevent confusion.

Welcome Team

Greets each car, explains what’s happening, thanks people for coming, and creates a warm first impression.

Fuel Pump Team

Helps coordinate the actual gas giveaway at the pumps and keeps the process moving.

Prayer Team

Offers optional drive-thru prayer and receives prayer requests from guests.

Snack & Water Team

Hands out bottled water, snacks, and any refreshments while people wait.

Kids’ Activity Team

Gives out children’s activity bags, coloring sheets, crayons, stickers, or small treats to families with kids.

Resource Table Team

Shares information about church ministries, community resources, food assistance, events, or support services. Collects optional contact cards, prayer cards, surveys, or QR code sign-ups.

Car Care Team/Windshield Cleaning Team

Offers quick windshield washing while cars are waiting.

Music / Host Team

Runs music, announcements, shoutouts, and keeps the atmosphere upbeat.

Hospitality Floaters

Move around where needed, answer questions, refill supplies, and support any overloaded team.

Safety / First Aid Team

Watches for safety concerns, heat issues, emergencies, and keeps the outreach orderly.

Setup & Breakdown Team

Sets up tents, tables, signs, cones, supplies, and cleans up after the event.
