Before you begin, please prepare and have photos of the house to be painted for upload. You will not be able to submit without the required pictures.
You must meet the following criteria for consideration:
Reside, own and occupy the home
Lives in Riverview or surrounding area
Homeowner must be at least 62 years old, a military veteran, or living with a disability
Meet low-income guidelines based on household size and income level
Have a home that is safe and structurally sound for volunteer painters
Have a home that is NOT vinyl or aluminum siding
* if HOA is in place must obtain approval for paint color and trim
